Beauty and wonder is all around, and I love to paint the marvels I see in oils (in a style once was described by a gallery owner as Romantic Realism), both in the studio and en plein-air around our home in Lafayette, Colorado, as well as in New Mexico, Maine, and beyond.
Delighted to have the painting, Autumn at Church Ranch chosen to be among the images displayed on the City of Lafayette's new LED sign at 287 and Baseline Road.
Wendy was honored and delighted to once again have her work chosen to represent the State of Colorado in Senator Michael Bennet's office in Washington D.C.. Mills
paintings, Autumn at Church Ranch and A Blustery Day are now back in Colorado.
Wendy Wham Mills' painting, "Colorado Winter" was chosen to fly over Lafayette's South Public Road, as a winter banner to decorate Old Town.
Wendy Mills paintings which were on loan to Senator Michael Bennet's office in Washington D.C. are back in Colorado for you to see. The Senator selected approximately 15 pieces of 2D artwork and sculptural pieces to represent the state of Colorado.
